Heated to around 28°C, it visually structures the outdoor areas, frames the terrace and immediately creates that sense of elegant, simple and generous holidays. It is a real stay-at-home pool, not a secondary feature.

The ground floor was designed so everyone can live together effortlessly: talk, cook, set the table, move around freely and simply enjoy the light.

The living room is not just beautiful: above all, it is easy to live in, calm and immediately comfortable.
The sightlines between the lounge, the table, the openings and the access to the outdoors create the feeling of a high-end home, but without any stiffness. The double pocket doors literally disappear into the wall and open the room wide onto the terrace, reinforcing that sense of space and flow.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom has its own personality, but the spirit stays constant: beautiful bedding, a refined atmosphere, pleasant shower room and a true feeling of rest.
Graphic elegance
A more graphic suite, with a stronger presence and a very contemporary feel.
The black suite brings a more assertive line while keeping the same premium comfort. Its king size bed, views over the countryside and the sea, and its dedicated shower room make it a room with a strong personality, yet still very restful.

The house is not only enjoyable when you go out: it is also delightful when you want to stay in, relax, play, laugh or simply extend the evening together. The television is connected to Netflix, Canal+ and YouTube Premium, and everything has been designed so evenings can naturally find their rhythm.
Location
The house enjoys a particularly sought-after setting: peaceful, yet still very close to the energy of Deauville and Trouville.
In just a few minutes, you can reach shops, beaches, restaurants, beautiful addresses and boutiques along the Côte Fleurie. Two golf courses are around 3 kilometres away, two others are less than 10 kilometres away, and Deauville-Normandie airport is very easy to access. A rare balance between residential serenity and genuine proximity to everything that gives the area its charm.
