Terrace at Villa Pier'Art
How many guests can the villa accommodate?

Villa Pier'Art can host up to 10 guests with five bedrooms, including one children's room, and five bathrooms or shower rooms for a genuinely comfortable stay.

How do check-in and check-out work?

A few days before your stay, Veronique and her team get in touch to organise check-in and departure. Arrival is from 4 pm and departure is at 10 am, unless a specific arrangement has been confirmed in advance.

Where can we park?

Parking on site is of course free. The villa has its own parking area and, depending on the vehicles, additional options may be available in the driveway or very close to the entrance, while respecting the estate. Cars must never be parked on the lawns.

Is household linen provided?

Yes. Bed linen is provided, along with bath towels, hand towels and pool towels. Hairdryers are also available in each bathroom.

Is the house really equipped for cooking?

Yes, this is one of the villa's strong points: two dishwashers, oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated extractor, Thermomix, large worktop, large dining table, barbecue and several coffee options are already in place.

What coffee machines are available on site?

You will find a Nespresso machine, a Dolce Gusto machine and a filter coffee maker. The idea is that everyone can keep their own habits, whether for a quick coffee or a slower breakfast.

Is there a laundry area?

Yes. The villa has two washer-dryers, ironing equipment and the essentials for routine household care.

Is the villa suitable for children?

Yes. A dedicated room, books, games, colouring materials, child-friendly tableware, booster seats and the option of a travel cot on request are all part of the family-friendly setup.

Can we use the tennis court?

Yes, the estate tennis court can be used according to the terms explained in the house manual shared after booking. Practical information is given before arrival so everything is easy once you are there.

Are the pool and spa private?

Yes. The outdoor pool and spa are an integral part of the Villa Pier'Art experience. As with any water equipment, constant supervision is essential with children, and the pool cover must be closed again when the pool is no longer in use.

Is the pool or spa temperature guaranteed?

The pool is set to 28 C from early April to late October, and the spa to 35 C. In practice these are the comfort temperatures we aim for on site, although exceptional weather conditions or a technical issue beyond our control may always cause a temporary variation.

Is there a reliable internet connection?

Yes. The house benefits from a high-speed Starlink connection, convenient both for everyday use and for guests who want to stay connected during their stay.

Can we charge an electric car?

Yes, a charging point is available on site. It is one of the practical features we wanted to integrate into the house.

What entertainment is available in the house?

Besides the pool, spa and tennis court, the villa offers an arcade machine, a Nintendo Switch, board games, books, a guitar and a large screen with soundbar.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, provided they do not cause nuisance, damage or abnormal dirt. As in any beautiful home, we simply ask that their presence remains compatible with the comfort of the place.

Can we smoke inside the house?

No. The house is strictly non-smoking indoors.

Can we organise a party or reception?

Villa Pier'Art is perfect for reunions and beautiful shared moments, but it is not a party house in the event sense. Large receptions are not desired and the estate's peace must be respected, especially after 10 pm.

Can the concierge help beyond check-in?

Yes. Depending on your needs, the concierge can point you to outside services such as a private chef, babysitting, a private driver, groceries, massages, treatments or other occasional requests.

How does direct booking work?

You choose your dates, view the cost of your stay, validate your information, read the contract and then pay the deposit via the site's secure payment system.

What are the deposit and security hold amounts?

The deposit requested at booking is 50% of the stay amount. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, or 60 days before if the stay includes at least one night between 1 July and 31 August or between 23 December and 2 January. If the booking is made less than one month before arrival, or less than two months in high season, the full stay amount is due at booking. The booking then becomes non-refundable one month before arrival, and two months before arrival in high season. The security deposit takes the form of a EUR 1,000 card hold before arrival, with no charge in the absence of any issue.

Will we receive a house manual?

Yes. After confirmation, you receive a house manual with all the practical information you need to enjoy the stay smoothly, without exposing purely practical or confidential details publicly on the site.

Can we ask a question before booking?

Of course. If a practical point is still unclear before you confirm, you can reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp and we will answer simply and directly.
