Just a few minutes from Deauville and Trouville, Villa Pier’Art offers around 180 m² designed for a stay that is elegant, fluid and generous. Sea view, tennis, heated pool, hot tub and generous reception spaces create a rare setting for gathering with family or friends without compromising on comfort or refinement.
The living room brings together everything that makes for beautiful moments at home: a large-screen television, an arcade cabinet with over 4,000 games, a Switch console, as well as a selection of board games and books. The bar naturally extends this entertaining atmosphere with long-drink and short-drink glasses, champagne flutes, digestif glasses, snack bowls and a champagne bucket. A few bottles are left available for the welcome aperitif or more, with one simple rule: replace them when they are finished.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed both for food lovers and for group stays where people genuinely enjoy cooking. It includes an oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated extractor, two dishwashers, Thermomix, Staub casserole, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, and all the utensils needed to prepare real meals. Right next door, the dining room seats up to 10 guests with a full set of tableware and accessories: water glasses, wine glasses, carafe, dinner plates, soup plates and dessert plates, salad bowls, serving dishes, bowls, egg cups and cups in different sizes.
The house offers five suites, each with its own identity, private bathroom or shower room and carefully designed decor. The black bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed and a shower room. The green bedroom combines a king-size bed, a desk area with sea view and its own shower room. The marine bedroom features a queen-size bed with shower room. The pink bedroom offers a king-size bed and a bathroom. Finally, the children’s bedroom has two single beds that can be joined into a king-size bed, with its own bathroom. In addition, there are toilets on each floor, a laundry room with two washer-dryers, a sink, iron and ironing board, as well as a fire extinguisher upstairs and several smoke detectors. The house is non-smoking.
Outside, the 6,000 m² sloping garden surrounds the villa and creates real moments of relaxation: pool with loungers, south-west-facing terrace with no overlooking neighbours, table for 10 guests, Weber barbecue, electric vehicle charging point, private parking for several cars and high-speed Starlink internet. The high-end 5-seat hot tub is kept at 35°C all year round, while the pool is heated from 1 April to 30 September at around 28°C. For younger guests, a travel cot, two booster seats and a selection of games and children’s books are available. The cleaning fee includes full house preparation, bed linen, bath towels 50×100 and 70×140, pool towels, kitchen apron and tea towels, as well as the What Matters products provided: shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, washing-up liquid, cleaning spray, laundry detergent and fabric softener, all organic and vegan.

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out until 11 am. When no arrival is scheduled the next day, a late check-out may be possible until 7 / 8 pm, at a cost equal to half the nightly rate for the departure day. This can simply be requested by SMS, no earlier than 48 hours before the end of the stay.
For weekends, bookings are made for a minimum of two nights. Welcome is handled either by us or by our concierge depending on the dates and organisation of the stay.
The high-end 5-seat hot tub is kept at 35°C all year round. The pool is heated from 1 April to 30 September at around 28°C and its electric cover must be closed again after use; supervision of children and of anyone unable to swim remains the guests’ responsibility.
